Larry Cornett, Ph.D., is a coach and fractional leader who helps people create an Invincible Career, Business, and Life to do more of what they love and less of what they hate.He operates newsletters and communities for ambitious professionals and invincible solopreneurs. He also provides 1-on-1 coaching, group coaching, professional development courses, and more.Larry spent about 20 years in the Silicon Valley tech industry at Apple, IBM, Yahoo, eBay, various startups, and founded his own startup, too. Larry confidentially works with you to create a plan where you can call the shots in your work and life.Prior to his coaching practice, he was the founder and CEO of a startup, Voicekick. They helped people discover the power of authentic storytelling.Before that, Larry was a Product and Design executive at several tech companies in the Bay Area of California. At Yahoo, he was the VP of Consumer Products for Yahoo Search, leading a team of product managers, designers, and developers who were focused on creating world-class Search experiences.Before Yahoo, he was a Director at eBay, where I led another great team focused on multiple products for Tailored Shopping Experiences, Platforms, and International sites.Earlier in his career, Larry was a designer at Apple Computer, where he worked on the Finder, OS, and International software; and IBM, where he worked on database and development tools.He was also the principal consultant for MindSpan Design, an interaction design agency where he worked on desktop, web, and mobile solutions for a variety of startups.Larry received his Ph.D. in Psychology from Rice University, where he developed a coaching system for training software users.He holds several patents, which include design work on web-based products and hardware solutions.
